The homemade ice cream was delightful, but the pool had too much chlorine.

Just an optimal selection for an overnight stay in Galveston with high value for money. The upscale soaps provided were a nice touch. Bring your own bar of soap if you prefer personal ones.

Couples looking for a fine experience
The house was beautiful and while it had old world charm, very comfortable too. I was greeted by the owner who gave me a nice tour and told me all the stories about the place. That little welcome basket with snacks and toiletries? Totally unexpected and appreciated.
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but that was overshadowed by the quality of the stay.

Charming stay with beautiful gardens
I absolutely loved the stunning gardens and the charming Victorian decor that made me feel like I was in a different era. The King Room with Balcony was spacious and featured an incredibly comfortable bed, a rarity for BnBs. I also appreciated the little touches, like coffee and snacks available right outside our room. The only downside was the need for some minor updates to the decor.

I had an amazing stay with a gorgeous antique vibe and an incredible private balcony view of the well-kept garden. The bed was incredibly comfortable, unlike most BnB beds I've stayed in. I also loved the thoughtful welcome basket with snacks and toiletries, which made my stay feel more special!

The homemade ice cream was a sweet revelation! Plus, the stunning garden and charming Victorian decor made every moment feel like stepping back in time. They also had free coffee and snacks waiting for us—talk about hospitality!
Now, the place felt a tad overstuffed with furniture, and the pool? Oof, it had some serious chlorine drama going on. A little TLC on the paint and brass would really bring the sparkle back!
